How it Works:
Provide us with details: Inform us about the expected volume and dimensions of your incoming shipments and obtain our warehouse address.
We receive your goods: Our team will meticulously receive your shipments from various suppliers in China. Please record the domestic shipment number for each set of goods that is sent to our warehouse.
Inventory Management: We'll securely store your goods and maintain accurate inventory records.
Processing: Once all your goods have arrived and you're ready to have them collected or shipped out, please send the full list of domestic shipment numbers to us by emailing us at business@cwelogistics.com and let us know whether your agent will be collecting the goods if you'll need us to have them sent to their address/to the port. We'll then process and let you know the total amount due.
Ready for Collection: Once storage fees are settled, your designated shipping agent can collect the goods from our warehouse/we'll have the goods shipped to your designated address.
Fulfillment Options (upon request):
Domestic forwarding: We can deliver your goods to your designated domestic location within China.
Port Delivery: We can arrange for your goods to be delivered to the port for your shipping agent to take over.
